How should I set up my mailing list? Mailing Lists should be created using spreadsheet programs such as MS Excel and WordPerfect QuatroPro. They can also be setup as delimited text files. The columns can contain any of the following: Prefix (Mr., etc.); First Name; Middle Initial; Last Name; Suffix (Jr., etc.); Title; Company; Up to two (2) Address Fields; City; State; Zip Code and Country, if appropriate.
